Earl Grey Tea
One of the most popular tea blends, Earl Grey is made from Chinese black tea blended with aromatic bergamot oil extracted from the rinds of bergamot oranges (Citrus bergamia). Bergamot oil gives Earl Grey fresh, citrus aromas and sweet floral notes, while the slight acidity complements the full flavour of black tea, as well as green, white, oolong and rooibos teas.
