Green Teas
Unlike black or oolong varieties of tea, green tea leaves undergo an additional drying stage during production, and it is this unique method of processing that causes oxidisation to halt. This stopping of oxidisation preserves the green and leafy appearance of green teas, as well as the antioxidant levels, while also inhibiting the development of caffeine, so that green teas are often hailed as the healthy tea of choice.

Jasmine Blossom Green Tea – From £9.99
This delicately flavoured, semi-fermented green tea from China contains the petals of the Jasmine Flower and reveals wonderful, intense scents of flowery jasmine blossoms.
Jasmine tea is made in two steps: a ‘base tea’ is first created, before the fragrant jasmine blossoms are added to make the finished tea, through a process known as hongqing. In Fujian, this jasmine base tea (known as zao) is made from leaf freshly plucked during the spring season, which is then rolled after de-enzyming has taken place.

Vanilla Green Tea – From £10.99
Made from Chinese gunpowder tea that has been delicately scented with vanilla, Vanilla Green is sweet and creamy, with a subtle caramel character.
Produced in the Zhejiang Province of China, gunpowder tea is prepared by rolling the leaves into small pellets, at which point they are withered, steamed, rolled and dried. The resulting tea is beautifully golden in colour and packed full of flavours.

Decaffeinated Teas
If you’re looking to avoid caffeine or limit your intake for health reasons, or if you’ve decided to go for a caffeine detox, we offer a range of decaffeinated and caffeine-free alternatives, from decaf black teas and decaf green teas, to rooibos tea, to caffeine-free herbal teas and fruit tisanes.

Decaffeinated Leaf Tea – from £15.99
Full of fresh, bold flavours, this rich and aromatic Decaffeinated Leaf tea is made using Ceylon black tea leaves and is the perfect alternative for those looking for a satisfying tea, without the effects of caffeine. Enjoy Decaffeinated Leaf with a splash of milk, as a black tea, or with a slice of lemon and sugar for a truly refreshing brew.

Rooibos Tea – From £10.99
Rooibos is a naturally caffeine-free drink that is sourced from the Aspalathus linearis, a plant that is indigenous to South Africa’s Cederberg Mountains.
Revealing rounded sweet and fruity flavours, refreshing herbal notes, and a mild and smooth finish, Rooibos can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
Rich in antioxidants, Rooibos is also a source of polyphenols such as the compound aspalathin, which may help to protect against free radical damage, and contribute to weight loss by boosting fat metabolism.
